1 Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest
1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting. There were no apologies
2 Cross Party Groups Annual Reports: Consideration of 2019-20 Report
2.1 The Chair invited Owain Roberts, Head of Table Office, Senedd Commission to present the Cross Party Groups Annual Report 2019-20.
2.2 The Committee considered how the process of reporting on cross party groups has worked in the Fifth Senedd and agreed to include this as part of its legacy report.
3 Recruitment of the Commissioner for Standards
3.1 The committee considered the process to recruit a new Commissioner for Standards.
3.2 The Committee noted that the responsibility for the administrative arrangements would be delegated to the Chief Executive and Clerk of the Senedd.
3.3 The Committee agreed to consider a draft Job Description at a forthcoming meeting.
4 Committee working practices and procedures
4.1 The Committee discussed its working practices and procedures for handling reports from the Commissioner for Standards.
